Scott Hamilton
I had the privilege of learning the homebuilding business from a young age while working alongside my father, Frank Hamilton—one of Longview’s most respected builders. His passion for quality, integrity, and community laid the foundation for my own career in residential construction. With over 45 years of experience in the industry, I’ve had the opportunity to carry that legacy forward through both new home construction and thoughtful home renovations that blend modern function with timeless design.
In 1990, I established my own company with a vision to build homes that not only reflect enduring quality but also enrich the daily lives of the families who live in them—through thoughtful design, livable spaces, and a deep understanding of how a home should feel and function. Over the years, that vision has continued to guide our work, allowing me to combine professional success with a deep commitment to the growth, beauty, and well-being of my hometown.
I hold the Graduate Master Builder designation from the National Association of Home Builders, and I am proud to work with team members and associates who are equally well-qualified in their respective fields. To ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry, we actively participate in professional seminars, trade shows, and continuing education focused on the latest building methods, materials, and design trends.
Our headquarters—consisting of an office, design studio, workshops, and warehouses—is located on the same property as my personal residence, allowing us to maintain a close-knit, hands-on approach to every project.
To date, we’ve built hundreds of custom and for-sale homes throughout Longview and surrounding East Texas communities, including in neighborhoods we’ve proudly developed ourselves—such as Pecan Crest, Grey Hawk, Great Woods, Castle Ridge, and Village Square Medical Plaza. Each home we construct—or renovate—is more than just a structure; it’s a meaningful part of someone’s life story, and we are honored to help bring those stories to life.
