The bones were good. Hamilton Group made everything else better. The Copperleaf is a custom home remodel completed in Longview, Texas where updated finishes, custom cabinetry, designer tile, and quality millwork come together to give the home the feel of a new build, without leaving the neighborhood or the structure that works. Hamilton Group renovation projects like The Copperleaf prove that great design doesn’t require starting over.
Special Features
- The renovation was guided by one standard: every material going in had to be demonstrably better than what came out, and the difference had to be something a visitor notices without being told
- Custom cabinetry in a two-tone painted and stained finish replaced builder-grade boxes, the kitchen now organized around how the family cooks, not around where the contractor found it easiest to run the plumbing
- Bath spaces rebuilt with large-format tile carried floor to ceiling, custom-built vanities, and fixtures chosen for longevity rather than for the trend that was current when the house was first built
- New hardwood flooring installed across the main level in a single continuous run, the one change that did more to make the renovation feel complete than any other decision in the project
- Millwork and trim elevated throughout: wider base, more substantial door casings, and built-in shelving in the living areas that reads as original to the home rather than something added during a renovation
