Custom cabinetry, stone countertops, designer tile, refined millwork. The Redcedar is a Hamilton Group renovation in Longview, Texas where the materials tell the story. Bringing the firm’s luxury design-build process to an existing residence, this remodel left every updated space reflecting the finish quality Hamilton Group is known for across East Texas. The Redcedar is a reminder that Hamilton Group’s work is not limited to new construction. Their renovation projects deliver the same result.
Special Features
- A renovation built on the conviction that the details homeowners live with every day (cabinet hardware, trim profiles, grout lines, lighting fixture placement) matter as much as the headline items that lead every renovation conversation
- Kitchen rebuilt with custom cabinetry to the ceiling, natural stone countertops, and a layout adjusted to improve flow through the space without moving more plumbing than the scope required
- Bath spaces refreshed with large-format tile, new frameless glass enclosures built in place, and custom vanities that replaced stock cabinetry with pieces designed for the actual room they’re in
- Millwork upgraded to a consistent standard across the home: base and case profiles replaced, door hardware updated, and built-in shelving added to the living areas where the floor plan offered a natural location
- Flooring, paint, and lighting selected as a coordinated system, individually quiet decisions that collectively transform the atmosphere of every room they appear in
